I’m an outdoors lover and wholeheartedly believe keeping your mind and body active, eating well and taking time

to understand and care for yourself are the keys to a healthy and happy life.

Where I am now as a health professional began in 2002 when I took an Anatomy and Physiology course, which led onto studies in both Massage Therapy and Clinical Pilates. From my involvement with various sporting groups my work has mostly been sports related with a focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Over the years I have worked closely with Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Nutritionists and many more practitioners of differing modalities as I know from my personal and clinical experience that taking care of yourself can sometimes require a team effort.

Covid-19 has brought about the time and space to consider a long held professional development calling to which I am now in the beginnings of a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) with Charles Sturt University. I have relocated to the Central West and am no longer providing Clinical Pilates or Massage Therapy, however am more than happy to provide consultation advice to any of my clients from Sydney or the Blue Mountains.
