Arriving to your appointment
Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure that you are able to receive the full amount of time requested for your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment your time will not be extended as this effects the next client. Prices are not reduced for late arrivals.
Please advise if you have been unwell within a 2 week period prior to your appointment or in contact with any person who has or may have Covid-19 as soon as you become aware. Upon arrival all clients are to wash hands before entering the massage room.
Changes and cancellation policy
Cancellations and changes notified within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be required to pay the full appointment price. For example: If your appointment is scheduled for 10am, notice is required before 10am the previous day. An invoice will be issued for all appointments cancelled within this period.
Payment for Saturday appointments is required at the time of booking and is non refundable or transferrable.
In creating a sustainable work-life balance I work 1 x Saturday per month and do my best to accomodate all Saturday requests where possible. It is to uphold a mutual respect for both myself and yourself and also to all other clients who may have requested Saturday appointments that this requirement is in place.
Clinical Pilates Class
You are welcome to use the exercise mats provided however where possible please bring your own exercise mat.
Blackheath temperatures vary often within a day and evening, an extra layer of clothes is advised and please always wear socks.
Payment for classes are due monthly on or before the 1st class of each month.
For months where there are 5 classes there is no additional cost.
Missed classes are not transferrable to another month or service.
If prior to a month commencing you advise that you will be absent for 2 or more dates an amendment to your monthly cost can be considered.
